This song came to me while I was in Kerala. I had arrived, by train, from Gokana and was met serendipitously by an Indian man named Sammy. At first I was dubious, but by now was willing to trust almost anyone. Sammy told me that he ran a nice, cheap hotel and asked whether I would like to see it. It was early and I thought why not. The hotel was beautiful, more like someone's European home that an Indian hotel. I don't remember the price but it must have been cheap or I would not have stayed. While I was there I started what would become Kanyakumari, I would not finish the song for another four weeks whilst actually in Kanyakumari, the most southern town in India.

Castaway on a stone I got nothing but what's my own and that's enough for some, I'm just starting to enjoy my freedom.
I walk when I'm not riding I'm the master of my own timing and it's all new to me; I grow my hair to express this liberty. Eyes fixed forward, soft breathing, I can hear myself healing all fears and doubts have gone, no more will they affect my decisions.
I'm eager to move to the next place; I'm impatient and adventures. All I need is a book to read; books helped me bloom form this dark seed.

Been four weeks since I wrote that versus, well prepared and well-rehearsed, but every thing's relative and it comes in waves.
Today I'm twenty-five I woke to watch the sunrise but clouds got in the way.
Traveling through's still murder but I'm still trying to further myself.
Castaway on a stone I got nothing but what's my own and that's enough for some, I'm just starting to enjoy my freedom. In some places, the times all go but in Kanyakumari, the time shuffles slow but it's alright this town reminds me of a town I know.
