Now in Rishikesh, I was somewhat managing to cope with the strangeness of this country. I would wander the streets completely listless; what shall I do today? It's an old question for the traveler 'what do you do all day'? It's hard (at first) to not have any real reason to be anywhere, your there because you wanted to be there and here you are! Then what? Nothing. I was unable to sleep and didn't know what to do with myself. I wrote this song and left shortly after, still very confused.

Nights here are so lonely but it's where I spent my time I could dream all night if I could switch off my mind.
I don't wanna get a reputation as someone who stares blindly so I'll toss a coin heads I'll be someone tails I'll be me, heads I'll be someone tails I'll be me.
Days here are so short, there's hardly any light at all, and there's not much to do when you feel you've done it all. So the scenery keeps you doped and the trains they give you hope but some guilty pleasures are still free; now as me for the water in the voice, I like.
