I wrote this piece of music when I was twenty years old. I was living in London and on the open mic scene — under the name 100th Monkey. I use to open all my gigs with it (I would only play the first riff) and stun the audience into silence. Not necessarily because they found it tranquil but because there was not many people that would play such a repetitive song, for nearly four minutes, and expect applause.
